This policy explains what personal information the CK Solutions Hub Payment POS platform collects, why, and how it is protected. It is operated by CK Solutions Hub Limited, Papua New Guinea.
1. Information we collect
Customers paying a link: the name, email address, invoice number and amount entered by the Merchant, and the payment result returned by Kina Bank (approval code and reference numbers). We never receive or store card numbers, expiry dates or security codes — these are entered only on Kina Bank’s page.
Merchant users: name, email address, role, sign-in times, IP address and browser details, and a record of actions taken in the dashboard.
Businesses requesting onboarding: the business and contact details submitted in the request form.
2. How we use it
To create and track payment links, confirm payments, send receipts and payment requests, provide dashboards and reports to the Merchant, secure accounts (including one-time sign-in codes), prevent fraud, and meet legal, banking and audit obligations.
4. Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by role with two-step sign-in, business data is isolated per Merchant at the database level, and changes are recorded in an audit log. Transaction and audit records are kept for as long as required for financial record-keeping and dispute handling, then deleted or anonymised.
5. Your choices
Customers should contact the Merchant who sent the payment link about their details. Merchant users and anyone else may ask us to access or correct their information by emailing us; some records must be kept to meet legal and banking requirements.
